Cancellation policy

The order can be freely canceled up to 3 weeks before the start of the stay. In case of cancellation later than 3 weeks before the stay, you are obliged to pay a certain percentage of the agreed price, cf. the order confirmation as follows:

In case of cancellation 3 to 1 week (7 days) before arrival: 25% of the total sum

In case of cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total sum

If canceled 3 days before start: 100% of the total rent

No-show: 100% of the total price

If you are unsure whether you will make use of the benefit, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

We normally do not take advance payment when you book accommodation, but if you prefer to pay at the time of booking, we can send out an invoice.

During Covid-19, it was mandatory to rent bed linen. We wish to continue this and have it as a rule for hygienic reasons. NOK 95 per set incl. towel/per rental period.
