Cancellation policy, cabins and apartments

The order can be freely canceled up to 3 weeks before the start of the stay. In case of cancellation later than 3 weeks before the stay, you are obliged to pay a certain percentage of the agreed price, cf. the order confirmation as follows:

In case of cancellation 3 to 1 week (7 days) before arrival: 25% of the total sum

In case of cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total sum

If canceled 3 days before start: 100% of the total rent

No-show: 100% of the total price
